9 days ago I have researched your order and am aware of the situation. Unfortunately when you pay via PayPal eCheck is does take time for the payment to be cleared, and products can not be placed on hold during this time. We agree that this is an issue.I am also sorry that you were not happy with the customer service or the resolution that was arrived at today. Customer service is of extreme importance to us and I encourage you to email me directly to see if we can better resolve the issue to your liking.

This is the President of PinkCherry (Nathaniel). I have reviewed all of the orders you have placed and have all the details now.
The first order you placed was determined to be defective. You returned the items and asked for replacements. The replacements were sent but during the shipment back to you, you decided that you didn't want the replacements anymore and had changed your mind. We decided to give you a FULL refund for the entire order and told you to keep the products.
You then placed a second order for more glass dildos and the plush bag was not included due to the manufacturer removing it from the product offering without us knowing. Our customer service department once again refunded you for the cost of plush bag. This matter should have been closed by now.
The third order before it was shipped out you changed the order and didn't specify which color you wanted so our customer service department gave you the first color that showed up for the product you ordered. Of course this was not the one that was on sale (we have over 6,000 products so it is hard to know exactly what a customer wants without being specific, I acknowledge that we should have asked but we just want to get your order out to you). You were then refunded the difference in price between the two colors. You then decided that you wanted the other color and wanted to return it.
As you can see from other reviews we strive to provide the very quickest shipping and best customer service. There are however times when we can't satisfy customers so we have to ask them to stop ordering from us. We ship out immediately which our customers have told us is what they want. They want the product and they want it NOW. In doing this we do not give TIME for customers to change their mind or even change their orders as usually the orders have been packed. I am sorry that you had this experience with PinkCherry and I just ask that any further orders you place be correct when you place them to reduce any further customer service issues that you might have in the future.

As you may be aware when we ship our your package the same business day we put it into Canada Post's hands to get the package delivered to you on time and correctly. Please note our system is fully automated to be able to accomplish this goal and so no human is involved in "changing" your address past what you enter in the checkout screen. I would be very interested in finding out what your order number is so that I can research were we went wrong as I also look after our systems. Canada Post does make mistakes from time to time and our customer service staff is fully aware of how to deal with these matters in a fast and efficient manner.
